Lemon Bundt Cake

1 package lemon cake mix
1 package lemon pudding
(4 serving size)
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1/2 can lemon frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10 inch bundt pan with Baker's Joy. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes in pan. Invert onto serving plate to cool completely. To make glaze, heat half the can of frosting in microwave for 10-15 seconds to thin. Do not overheat. Drizzle over cake.

This cake turned out really moist and scrumptious. I love lemon.

  2. I have a friend who loves lemon flavored desserts as much as I do. This would be a fabulous dessert for me to make for her birthday!
