Cake Balls

Bake A Cake (Any Flavor) I like Duncan Hines. I don't use the recipe on the cake box. I use my own recipe. You can bake the cake according to the directions on the box and it turns out great. I just think this adds a little something extra.

Add 1 cup of water, 4 eggs, 1 pkg. Dream Whip, 1 teaspoon clear vanilla, 1 teaspoon clear butter. Beat for 4 minutes.

You can find Wilton's clear vanilla & clear butter at your local Walmart *in the baking section* or Michaels.

Bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Crumble With Fork
Add crumbled cake to a (big bowl) for mixing
Add A Can Of Icing (while cake is still warm)
Mix Together (stir with big metal spoon)
Roll Into Balls
Freeze For 30 Minutes Or So
Dip In Almond Bark
Drop Onto Wax Paper
Eat

I usually use 2 cake mixes and 1 can of frosting so they don't turn out too moist but, you could be smarter and just add half the can of icing. LOL! Duh. I use a teaspoon to measure how big the balls will be. I also use a teaspoon to roll them in the almond bark and lay them onto the wax paper with.

These can be served at room temperate or cold. I like mine cold.

These are really fun and easy to make.

1 cake mix will make about 40 balls.

Happy Baking!
