Apple Crisp

Crisp:

4 cups sliced Granny Smith apples (about 6 or 7 apples)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water

Combine above ingredients and place in a buttered baking dish.

Topping:

3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 stick butter

Cut butter into flour and sugar. Sprinkle over apples. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or lightly golden brown on top.
