2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
1 (10 ounce) Can Rotel
3 Cups Chopped Rotisserie Chicken
1 (8 ounce) Package Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
Combine rice, Rotel , chicken, and half cheese.
Spoon into buttered, 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Cook covered at 325 for 30 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole and return to over for 5 minutes.
